Dezk

Dezk gives the employees of an organization AI assistants ("agents") that work with the company's tools under the company's own controls.

A company chooses which model providers, connected services and computers its agents can use. Each member connects their own accounts, such as Google Workspace, and decides which of their agents may use each connection. An agent asks the member before it changes data, and the company keeps a record of what agents did.

Google Workspace

When a member connects a Google account, Dezk asks Google for access to that member's Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar, and for the optional access the member selects, such as sending mail or using Google Chat. Dezk uses this access only to answer the member's requests and to do the tasks the member asks for. The privacy policy explains what Dezk reads, keeps and shares.

Availability

Dezk is in a private pilot. Accounts are by invitation from a participating company.
